What counts as one critique?

One photo analysed and scored is one critique. Uploading a new photo uses one; re-reading a critique you've already run doesn't.

Do you store my photos?

No. Your full-resolution photo is sent securely to our AI provider for analysis, then discarded; it is never saved by Second Eye. To make your history meaningful, we keep a small thumbnail (max 256 px, all EXIF and GPS data removed), visible only to you. Delete a critique or your account and the thumbnail is deleted too. Thumbnails are never used for analytics or AI training. Full detail is in our privacy policy.

Can I cancel Pro anytime?

Yes. Cancel whenever you like and you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for — no cancellation fee, no questions.

When will Studio be available?

We're opening Studio once enough photographers ask for it. Join the waitlist on the Studio card and you'll be the first to know. Joining is free and doesn't commit you to anything.

What if I reach my monthly limit?

Your allowance renews every month; your account page shows the exact date. Need more before then? Upgrade to Pro for up to 50 critiques a month.
